Your responsibility

The company’s directors and company secretary remain responsible for the accuracy of the return, the applicable return date, the registration fee, proper signature and delivery through an accepted channel before the deadline.

Scope of this release

The guided route is intended for private, non-listed companies with one share class, one or two natural-person directors and one or two members. Public companies, companies limited by guarantee and more complex records should use the official e-Services Portal or seek professional help.

Official source controls

If the tool conflicts with the Companies Ordinance, a current specified form, Companies Registry guidance or an instruction from the Registrar, the official source controls. Always review the generated PDF before signing or filing.

No filing service

Downloading a PDF does not file the return. The completed form must still be properly signed and submitted with the correct registration fee.
